Exhibitors are required to complete booth setup by end of day on Friday, January 31st. There is a hard stop at 8pm. Should you need extra time beyond our setup days, you will have access to the venue at 8am on Saturday, February 1st. Take note that doors will open for attendees at 9am.

Please ensure that you fill out each of the forms in your Exhibitor Console. They are essential in planning:
Exhibitor Registration: DUE Friday, December 15th.
Certificate of Insurance: DUE Friday, December 15th. Please note that if we have not received your COI by the deadline, you will automatically be invoiced and added to Show Management’s policy.
Shipping Form: DUE Wednesday, January 8th.
Booth Add-Ons (Lighting, Electricity & Fixtures): DUE Wednesday, January 8th. Please note that after the deadline, we will close advanced online ordering and all booth extra requests will be handled onsite on a first-come, first-served basis and will be subject to availability. We highly recommend that you place your orders as early as possible.
Brand Image Assets: Please submit a link to your images on your Profile within your Exhibitor Console. Without this, we cannot promote you!
BOOTH NUMBERS & FLOOR PLANS
Shoppe Object reserves the right to place exhibitors as we see fit. Please note that we will take great care in positioning booths thoughtfully, and with the goal of creating a positive experience for both vendors and attendees. @@@@@ Booth numbers will be shared TBD???@@@@@
BOOTH SIGNAGE & FIXTURES
Shoppe Object provides all exhibitors with booth signage. Exhibitors are not permitted to take the sign holders, brand signs, or concrete bases at the close of show. Removed or damaged materials will result in the invoicing of additional charges.
CUT VINYL LETTERING
You are welcome to adhere custom cut vinyl of your brand’s logo on the walls. You may use any vendor of your choosing but if you need a local recommendation, please see below:
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Exhibitors are responsible for removing any vinyl they apply to their walls. Any vinyl left on walls at the show’s close will be charged to the exhibitor as damage.
Signage beyond logo application in vinyl on walls (including banners, photography, meter boards, easels) must be approved by Shoppe Object management.
Product can be displayed on Shoppe Object shelving units and racks available for rental, or the exhibitor’s own fixtures, subject to Shoppe Object management approval. All fixtures (tables, chairs, shelving, etc.) whether rented or exhibitor’s own must be entirely contained within the booth dimensions. NO EXCEPTIONS
You may not nail, screw, or apply anything with adhesive to Shoppe Object fixtures, signage or venue flooring and venue walls. Failure to comply will result in the invoicing of additional charges. For details on rented walls, please continue reading.
Flooring at Pier 36 will be dark grey carpet.
If upon arrival at your booth during setup you find that your space or fixtures are incorrect, or if you would like to add or subtract fixtures, please visit the Exhibitor Service Desk located at the front entrance. Please do not take fixtures from a neighboring booth to use as your own.
LIGHTING, POWER & RIGGING
All booths will come with overhead aluminum truss and track lighting. Lights are LED and comparable to a 90 watt halogen flood. Lights are Par38 and have a color temperature of 3000k. Spots and narrow floods are available upon request. Exhibitors may not use their own exhibition lighting. You may purchase additional lighting within your Exhibitor Console. Below is an example of the exhibition lighting.
Booths will come with 1 light per 4' wide panel. For example, a 4'x8' booth will come with 4 lights. Shoppe Kiosks will come with 2 lights. For non-standard booths, please email email@example.com to inquire about your lighting package.
Booths do not come with a power source. You may purchase a power source (15amps and comparable to a home outlet) within your Exhibitor Console. Should you require a larger power source, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Exhibitors may hang items from the truss with the approval of the production company. Please email email@example.com with any rigging requests. Please include descriptions with weights.
The following fixtures are available for rent. Please order fixtures within your Exhibitor Console. This would be in addition to any fixtures ordered with your contract. Please note that the deadline to order any fixtures is Wednesday, January 8th. Advanced ordering will close on January 9th and additional orders will be handled onsite at the Exhibitor Services Desk and subject to availability.

All booths have hard wall. This will be installed prior to exhibitor setup. Installed walls will be freshly painted white and exhibitors are not permitted to paint them any other color. @@@@(is this still true?)@@@@
Should you wish to nail, screw or drill into the hard wall for product installation, all tools, materials and supplies are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Shoppe Object will not have these items on site for exhibitor use. All items must be removed from the hard wall by 10pm on Monday, February 3rd. Please see hanging guidelines below.
WALL CONSTRUCTION & HANGING GUIDELINES
Booth walls are between 8-10 feet high (depending on location) and come pre-painted white. Walls are 2 inches thick and come in 2’ and 4’ wide sections. Both nails and screws may be used; we recommend using 1.5” long dry wall screws. Walls are hollow timber framed panels with a ¼ inch sheet of MDF on the front and back. There is a third sheet running through the middle. Panels are rated for 80 pounds per hanging point. Wall seam areas have solid wood backing and can be screwed into. If you plan on hanging anything heavier than 80 pounds, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Here at Shoppe Object we plan for exactitude, but booth sizing is subject to slight size variations due to on-sight buildout issues that may be out of our control. When planning your booth please keep this in mind, and design your space with a 2-4 inch margin of error.
Additional hard wall panels may be purchased for your booth. Please contact email@example.com for configuration options and to purchase additional walls.
A certain amount of wear and tear is expected through regular use of the wall system. The following is considered excessive, beyond normal wear and tear, and will absolutely result in additional charges from our vendor for wall repair or replacement, which will then be billed back to the exhibitor in its entirety, and due immediately upon receipt:
Any screw holes larger than a 1/4 inch
An amount more than 10 screw holes on a single panel
Any wall damage due to adhesive glue, direct wallpaper application, wall cladding with wood or any other material where the surface is not returned to its normal state, stripped of nails, screws or any foreign material including wall anchors that have been left in the walls.
$480.00: any wall panel damaged beyond repair
$270.00: any wall panel damaged that can be repaired to its normal state

1: IN ADVANCE OF THE SHOW
BTX Global is the official carrier of Shoppe Object. You are more than welcome to use a different carrier of your choosing, but due to our longstanding relationship with the team we can confidently recommend BTX as a solid choice for shipping your product to and from the event.

If you choose advance shipping you will need to ship your packages to the BTX Global warehouse between TK and TK. All items will be brought to the venue, placed in your booth, and ready for you on setup day.

2: DIRECT TO THE VENUE
If you are shipping directly to the show venue, your packages must be guaranteed to arrive at the following address between Wednesday, January 29 and Saturday, February 1 – no earlier!
Packages arriving prior to January 29 will be refused by the venue.

There will be an unload zone located at the venue where you may temporarily park your vehicle while unloading. Participants will have roughly 30 minutes to unload their vehicle and then they will need to remove their vehicle from the unload zone. There is a paid parking lot on site with limited parking that will be available on a first come first serve basis. The closest offsite parking garage is located at 275 Delancey Street.
Whether shipping in advance of the show or directly to venue, your exhibiting brand name must be clearly demarcated.
In addition, and again whether shipping to the BTX Global warehouse or directly to the show venue, customs duties and/or taxes on any incoming packages must be in your brand’s name and paid for prior to arrival, or the packages will be refused. Shoppe Object will not assume responsibility for payment upon delivery. Packages received at the venue will be brought directly to the clearly labelled exhibitor booth upon arrival. If you shipped your packages and they are not in your booth when you arrive for setup, please check your shipment tracking information for a delivery confirmation prior to approaching the Exhibitor Service Desk with an inquiry. Keep in mind that if you have multiple packages they may not all arrive at the same time. Even though it may state that all packages have been delivered, there is always a chance that they will come separately. Each package should have a tracking number separate from the overall shipment tracking number, and we would appreciate you double-checking these individual tracking numbers prior to approaching the Service Desk.
Exhibitors will have from 6PM to 11PM for load out on Monday, February 3rd.

DUE TO VENUE RESTRICTIONS THIS SEASON WE CAN ONLY ALLOW LOAD OUT FROM 6PM -11PM. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE BE SURE TO MAKE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS.
No early breakdown is allowed. If you have walls, all items must be removed/dismantled from the walls prior to 11PM – this includes nails, hooks et cetera – and ALL BRAND PRODUCT MUST BE PACKED INTO BOXES, BAGS OR CRATES BY 11PM.
ALL ITEMS SHIPPED OR HAND CARRIED INTO THE VENUE MUST BE COMPLETELY REMOVED BY THE END OF BREAKDOWN AT 11PM.
*FedEx, UPS, and BTX pick-ups will be allowed on Tuesday, February 4th as long as they are boxed, labeled, and placed in the designated pick up zone.
BTX Logistics will be onsite Monday, February 3rd to assist any exhibitor that would like to use their services for outbound shipping.

PICKUPS SHOULD BE SCHEDULED FOR 8PM-11PM ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD. ANY PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP BY 11PM ON MONDAY, FEBRURARY 3RD WILL BE SENT WITH BTX FOR RE-ROUTING AND THE EXHIBITOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HANDLING CHANGES INCURRED. *FedEx, UPS, and BTX pick-ups will be allowed on Tuesday, February 4th as long as they are boxed, labeled, and placed in the designated pick up zone.
Regardless of which shipping method you choose for either inbound or outbound freight, please be advised that Shoppe Object is not responsible for any aspect of exhibitor shipping, including: tracking, extra boxes, shipping forms, labels, label pouches, packing tape, commercial invoice documents, cash on delivery, and so on. Please know that we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth load in and load out, but be prepared and make solid advance arrangements for your goods.
ONSITE STORAGE FOR LUGGAGE AND BOXES
Due to limited building space, exhibitor empties will be stored on a trailer at a secured offsite location for the duration of the show. You will not have access to your empties during the event. With that being said, please make sure to remove any and all items and supplies needed during the show from any luggage or boxes you wish to store. Shoppe Object staff will collect and store your luggage and boxes during the exhibitor setup days. All empties will be returned between 6-8PM on Monday, February 3rd.
Empty stickers will be distributed during exhibitor setup. Fill out the sticker(s) with the required info and stick onto any pieces you wish to store with us. Leave the empty items toward the front of your booth. Additional stickers can be obtained at the Exhibitor Service Desk located at the front entrance.
